OK so when we say ‘creamy cheesy’, it’s not cheese-cheese ‘creamy cheesy’. But it’s cheese-cheese ‘creamy cheesy’ tasting.​

All You Need

8 fl ozliquid carrot cake
  • 5,4 fl oz Oatly Barista Edition
  • 1 fl oz carrot juice
  • 1 tsp pumpkin spice mix
  • 0,35 oz dark brown sugar
1,4 fl ozcold brewed matchaor Oatly Matcha Oat Drink
2 oz‘Creamy cheesy’ frosting top
  • 5,6 fl oz Oatly Half & Half
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1,6 fl oz agave syrup
  • 1/4 tsp xanthan gum
  • 0,08 oz salt
Ice
Cold brewed matcha (ingredients per portion):

0,1 ozmatcha powder
0,2-0,4 fl ozagave syrup(optional, to taste)
0,004 ozsalt
1 fl ozcold water

Tools

  • Whipped cream syphon and chargers
  • Cocktail shaker
  • Whisk + bowl
    • or Blender

To-Do List

For the cold brewed matcha (1 portion):

  1. Sieve the matcha into a bowl or cocktail shaker​
  2. Add all other ingredients​
  3. Whisk or shake vigorously for 30 sec​

For the cold brewed matcha (multiple portions):

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender
  2. Blend on low speed for approx 20–30 sec until no matcha lumps are left
  3. Chill immediately

For the drink:

  1. Mix the liquid carrot cake ingredients together ​
  2. Blend all ‘creamy cheesy’ frosting top ingredients together then pour into a whipped cream syphon
  3. Dispense gas canister into the syphon and shake
  4. Fill a glass with ice ​
  5. Add liquid carrot cake mix
  6. Top with cold brewed matcha
  7. Finish with ‘creamy cheesy’ frosting top
  8. Sprinkle chopped nuts on top if you’re feeling fancy
