| 0,5 fl oz | rose syrup |
| 0,25 fl oz | cardamom syrup |
| 5 fl oz | sparkling water |
| 3 fl oz | espresso |
| 0,8 oz | powdered sugar |
| 1/4 tbsp | xanthan gum |
| Ice |

- Espresso maker
- Whipped cream syphon and chargers
- Glass
To-Do List
- Mix the espresso, Oatly Half & Half, powdered sugar and xanthan gum together, then add to a whipped cream syphon
- Dispense gas into syphon, shake and set aside until step no. 5
- Add syrups and sparkling water to glass
- Top with ice
- Finish with the espresso cloud
