| 0,5 fl oz | vanilla syrup |
| 1 tbsp | toasted breadcrumbs |
| 1,4 fl oz | banana cream
|
| 1 tsp | sugar to brûlée |

- Whipped cream syphon and chargers
- Shaker
- Strainer
- Glass
- Kitchen blow torch
To-Do List
- Mix Oatly Half & Half, banana puree and xanthan gum together, then add to a whipped cream syphon
- Dispense gas into syphon and shake. Set aside until step 4.
- Shake breadcrumbs, Oatly Barista, vanilla syrup & salt together with big ice cubes
- Fine strain into a glass
- Gently pour banana cream on top
- Sprinkle the sugar on the banana cream and brûlée with a blow torch
