| 7 fl oz | sticky toffee coffeeor date syrupor finely sliced gingeror whole spices (e.g., 2 cloves, ½ broken cinnamon stick and 3 black cardamom pods)(e.g.,2 cloves, 1/2 broken cinnamon stick and 3 black cardamom pods)or lapsang souchong teaor medium-coarse ground coffeeor boiling water |

- French press or sieve
To-Do List
- Combine all ingredients except the cold foam ingredients in a french press or other heat proof vessel
- Stir well and steep for 5 min
- Plunge french press or strain out solids with sieve and pour liquid into a warm glass
- Whip the cold foam ingredients to incorporate some air, gently layer on top of the hot coffee with a spoon
Add 1 oz Irish whiskey to the glass with the hot liquid to make this boozy!
