All You Need

AmountIngredient
1,7 fl ozcold Foam
  • 1,4 fl oz Oatly Half & Half
  • 0,4 oz maple syrup
  • Small pinch xanthan gum
7 fl ozsticky toffee coffeeor date syrupor finely sliced gingeror whole spices (e.g., 2 cloves,​ ½ broken cinnamon stick and 3 black​ cardamom pods)(e.g.,2 cloves, 1/2 broken cinnamon stick and 3 black cardamom pods)or lapsang souchong teaor medium-coarse ground coffeeor boiling water

Tools

  • Electric whisk
  • French press or sieve

To-Do List

  1. Combine all ingredients except the cold foam ingredients in a french press or other heat proof vessel
  2. Stir well and steep for 5 min
  3. Plunge french press or strain out solids with sieve and pour liquid into a warm glass
  4. Whip the cold foam ingredients to incorporate some air, gently layer on top of the hot coffee with a spoon
Add 1 oz Irish whiskey to the glass with the hot liquid to make this boozy!
