  • 1,5 oz your favourite frozen berries
  • 0,8 fl oz ginger juice
  • 2 fl oz water
  • 0,4 fl oz maple syrup
  • 0,5 oz chia seeds
1,4 fl ozcold brewed matchaor Oatly Matcha Oat Drink
Ice
Cold brewed matcha (ingredients per portion):

0,1 ozmatcha powder
0,2-0,4 fl ozagave syrup(optional, to taste)
0,004 ozsalt(small pinch)
1 fl ozcold water

  • Spoon
  • Cocktail shaker
  • Whisk + bowl
    • or Blender

To-Do List

For the cold brewed matcha (1 portion):

  1. Sieve the matcha into a bowl or cocktail shaker​
  2. Add all other ingredients​
  3. Whisk or shake vigorously for 30 sec​

For the cold brewed matcha (multiple portions):

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender
  2. Blend on low speed for approx 20–30 sec until no matcha lumps are left
  3. Chill immediately

The chia pudding:

  1. For the chia pudding, blend berries, ginger juice, water and maple syrup ​
  2. Pour into a container and stir-in the chia seeds​
  3. Leave overnight​
  4. To build the drink, fill a glass with ice​
  5. Add chia pudding​
  6. Pour in Oatly Barista Edition
  7. Top with cold brewed matcha​
