You know a drink must be good when a barista names it something this complicated. We’re not really sure what ‘Einspänner’ actually means, but we’ve been told it’s not as complicated to make.

All You Need

| 150 ml | Oatly Barista Lighter Taste |
| 40 ml | cold brewed hojicha |
| 40 g | black sesame creamy top
|
| Ice |

| 2-3 g | hojicha powder |
| 5-10 g | agave syrup(optional, to taste) |
| 0,1 g | salt |
| 30 ml | cold water |

- Cocktail shaker
- Whisk + bowl
- or Blender

To-Do List
For the cold brewed hojicha (1 portion):
- Sieve the matcha/hojicha into a bowl or cocktail shaker
- Add all other ingredients
- Whisk or shake vigorously for 30 sec
For the cold brewed hojicha (multiple portions):
- Add all ingredients to a tall container
- Blend with an immersion blender until there are no matcha lumps left
For the drink:
- For the black sesame creamy top, whip all ingredients together to reach a scoopable thickness
- Fill a glass with ice
- Add Oatly Barista Lighter Taste
- Top with hojicha (sweetened or unsweetened to taste)
- Finish with the black sesame creamy top
