It’s a Swedish thing. Not the smoothie. The cinnamon roll. Or, the smoothie version as well actually, since Oatly is Swedish. Hur som helst, Swedish or not, om du gillar kanelbullar kommer du love this one.​

Smoothie mix

5 fl ozChilled Oatmilk 4 Ingredient
1banana
1,7 ozapple puree
1 ozavocado
2,8 ozice
0,35 ozpeanut butter powder
0,7 ozvanilla protein
0,35 ozmaple syrup
Cinnamon drizzle​

2dates
1/2 tspcinnamon
4 fl ozhot water
AmountIngredient
0,4 fl ozOatly Half & Half (optional)

To-Do List

  1. To make the cinnamon drizzle, soak the dates and cinnamon in boiling water for 10 min​
  2. Then blend until you have a smooth paste, set aside ​
  3. Add all smoothie ingredients to a blender and blend for 20–30 sec until smooth​
  4. If using the Oatly Half and Half, drizzle it around the edge of the glass
  5. Pour in a third of the smoothie mix, then half of the cinnamon drizzle​
  6. Repeat to build up a layered cinnamon roll smoothie​
